Compact Threaded On/Off Valves
Install these valves in tight spots, such as where pipelines are crowded together. They’re less than half as long as standard threaded valves and one-third shorter in height.
Chrome-plated brass valves are more corrosion resistant than plain brass and bronze valves.Screwdriver-operated valves are our most compact option. Since they open and close with a slotted screwdriver (not included), they’re also the most resistant to accidental movement.
Valves with threaded outlets can connect to pipe or hose, giving you more control over where your fluid flows than valves with a drain or spout outlet.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

On/Off Valves with Push-to-Connect Fittings
Insert tubing into the fittings on these valves—no heat, solder, or flux required.
Knob handle or screwdriver-operated valves resist accidental movement when snagged or bumped. They can be operated with a slotted screwdriver (not included) to open and close the valve from a distance, such as in tight spots that you can't reach with your hand.
Nylon valves are durable and resist pressure changes, so they’re good for systems that start and stop often. However, nylon can swell and weaken when exposed to moisture.
Buna-N rubber seals resist water and oil. EPDM rubber seals resist salt water, soapy solutions, and withstand temperature changes better than Buna-N rubber seals.
Standard-port valves slightly restrict flow.

High-Temperature Drain Valves

Empty fluid from tanks in boiler rooms or heat transfer systems—these valves withstand higher temperatures than our other drain valves. Also known as stop cocks, their handle twists open to let liquid flow out. They have a spout that smoothly pours the draining liquid into buckets without splashing. The handle is positioned to be out of the way from the spout, so your hand stays dry.
Plastic handles have a knurled grip that’s comfortable and won’t slip as you turn it.
Stainless steel seals resist corroding better than brass seals. PTFE seals create a tighter seal than brass and stainless steel seals.
