Threaded On/Off Valves
Use these valves in general purpose applications, such as those with water, oil, air, and inert gas.
Brass valves have good corrosion resistance to air, water, and oil. 316 stainless steel valves have the best corrosion resistance.
Full-port valves do not restrict flow. Standard-port valves slightly restrict flow.
FM-approved valves are used in fire suppression systems. They help isolate parts of water supply systems in buildings and plants.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Attach a gauge to the side port on these valves to monitor pressure, temperature, and other measurements in your line. The port can also be used to drain and divert liquid. These valves are full port, so they do not restrict flow.

High-Pressure Compact Threaded On/Off Valves
These valves handle twice the pressure of other compact valves. Install them in tight spots, such as where pipelines are crowded together. They’re roughly half the height and length of standard threaded valves.
316 stainless steel valves resist corrosion better than brass and steel valves.

Easy-Maintenance Threaded On/Off Valves
With a three-piece bolted body that disassembles for access to internal components, you can clean and repair these valves without unthreading them from your line.
316 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than bronze or steel valves.
Oval handles have the largest gripping surface of any handle type, so they’re the easiest to grip when slippery.
Valves with actuator mounts can be equipped with air-powered or electric actuators using the mounting holes. This allows you to switch them from manual to automatic operation.
PTFE seals are the best choice for valves that are opened and closed often. The PTFE material forms a seal while remaining slippery, so it resists wearing down and failing with repeated use.

Maintenance kits include everything needed to replace the packing, seals, and seats on your valve.

Easy-Maintenance Socket-Connect On/Off Valves
Clean and maintain these valves without removing welded connections. To create a permanent, leak-tight connection, insert unthreaded pipe into the socket and weld. These valves have a three-piece bolted body that disassembles inline, which makes it easy to access internal components. They also have lockable handles that can be fixed in place with a padlock (not included). All are full port, so they do not restrict flow.

Oval handles are less likely to shift than lever handles if they’re bumped or snagged, so you won’t accidentally adjust the flow.
