Panel-Mount Ball Bearings
Unlike other ball bearings, these do not need to be fully inserted into a housing. A spline around the outside of the bearing creates a permanent, secure hold in thin panels. Bearings swivel to accommodate up to 5° of shaft misalignment. Shields keep out dust and contaminants. Not for use in plastic panels.

Panel-Mount Dry-Running Sleeve Bearings
Permanently and securely install these self-clinching bearings into panels, with no need for precision-bored holes or machined mounts. They’re often used in areas with tight space restrictions. Install them into sheet metal panels with an air-powered or hydraulic press. They’re not for use in plastic panels. These bearings are self-aligning to compensate for small amounts of shaft misalignment. Made of acetal plastic, they won’t warp or swell when exposed to water, so they’re good for use in washdown environments.
