Panel-Mount Threaded Precision Flow-Adjustment Valves
- Valve Type: Needle
- For Use With: Water, Oil, Air, Argon, Helium, Krypton, Neon, Xenon
For installation in instrument panels, these valves have a hex nut and threads below the handle. Turn the handle to adjust flow in small increments for metering, sampling, and other applications requiring fine flow control. All valves have metal-to-metal seats that resist temperature fluctuations. They have a nut that can be tightened to compress the packing if it leaks.
Nickel-plated brass valves are more corrosion resistant than plain brass valves.
Valves with a 303 stainless steel needle are more corrosion resistant than valves with a brass needle.

Panel-Mount High-Pressure Threaded Precision Flow-Adjustment Valves
- Valve Type: Needle
- For Use With: Water, Oil, Air, Argon, Helium, Krypton, Neon, Xenon
Designed for high-pressure instrumentation applications, these valves are rated for up to 10,000 psi and have a hex nut and threads below the handle for panel mounting. Turn the handle to adjust flow in small increments for metering, sampling, and other applications requiring fine flow control. All valves have metal-to-metal seats that resist temperature fluctuations. They have a nut that can be tightened to compress the packing if it leaks.
316 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than steel valves.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Easy-Set Threaded Plastic Precision Threaded Flow-Adjustment Valves
- Valve Type: Needle
- For Use With: Air, Oxygen
- Seal Material: Buna-N Rubber
To ensure consistent and repeatable settings, these valves have color-coded handle threads and numerical markings. One full revolution of the handle reveals a new color to indicate the set point. Turn the handle to adjust flow in small increments for metering, sampling, and other applications requiring fine flow control. The locking knob handle has a ring that prevents accidental adjustment.
Internal check valves actuate when the pressure changes to stop flow control from the controlled direction and allow free flow in the opposite direction. Valves with an internal check valve are often used to control the speed of air cylinders and air-powered motors.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is a measurement that indicates how much airflow can pass through a valve.

High-Pressure Threaded Precision Flow-Adjustment Valves for Steam
- Valve Type: Needle
- For Use With: Steam
- Seal Material: PTFE Plastic
To withstand a maximum steam pressure of at least 4,800 psi @ 355° F in applications such as petroleum refineries, these valves are machined from a single piece of metal for seamless construction. Turn the handle to adjust flow in small increments for metering, sampling, and other applications requiring fine flow control. Valve body is 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. Threads and a hex nut below the handle allow you to install these valves in instrument panels. All have metal-to-metal seats that resist temperature fluctuations. Valves have a nut that can be tightened to compress the packing if it leaks.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Barbs grip onto tubing, providing a secure hold. To withstand aggressive and corrosive solutions in chemical-processing applications, these valves have a PTFE seal and a PVDF body. Turn the handle to adjust flow in small increments for metering, sampling, and other applications requiring fine flow control. Threads and a hex nut below the handle allow you to install these valves in instrument panels. They have a nut that can be tightened to compress the packing if it leaks.
