Mobile Parts Washers for Water-Based Solutions

A dolly with casters makes it easy to move these parts washers around your facility. Turn on the pump, and solution will flow to the flexible metal spigot and polyethylene hose with flow-through brush. Washers have a filter that removes large particles to keep the solution cleaner longer and a heater to increase the cleaning power. A fusible link closes the cover in the event of a fire.
Note: Do not use with flammable liquids.

Soak stubborn grease and grime on the built-in shelf, then scrub and rinse with the pump-fed flexible hose and flow-through brush—all in one station. The polyethylene tank resists corrosion from water-based cleaning solutions, outlasting steel tanks in wet environments. A built-in filter removes large particles to keep your solution cleaner longer. The 1.4 kW heater with thermostat maintains solution temperature to break down oils and contaminants faster than cold washing.
