    Loop-Grip Clevis Pins with Toggle
    3D CAD models available

For components you need to lock in place but also disconnect frequently, these pins have a toggle end and large loop handle. No need for a separate cotter pin, the toggle swivels so you can insert into a hole and then swivels back to secure. Fold down the handle to save space when installed.
    Steel
Zinc-Plated Carbon Steel—These pins withstand occasional exposure to moisture. However, since friction from moving parts can wear away the finish, they're not ideal for wet environments. While not nearly as corrosion resistant as stainless steel, they are stronger and won’t deform under stress.

    Nonsparking Alignment Pins

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Alignment Pins. Nonsparking Alignment Pins.
Made from aluminum bronze that is Factory Mutual approved, these nonmagnetic, corrosion-resistant pins inhibit sparking. They satisfy OSHA requirements for nonsparking tools for locations where flammable vapors and combustible residues are present. Nonsparking tools are not, however, classified as antistatic because they do conduct electricity. Use alignment pins to align structural components such as I-beams and angle irons for bolting, riveting, and welding.
Note: Do not use these tools in direct contact with acetylene.
