    Low-Pressure Stainless Steel Butt-Weld Pipe Fittings

    Achieve maximum flow in low-pressure lines. These fittings have beveled ends that, when flush to pipe, form a trough to create strong, smooth welds. Also known as Schedule 10 fittings, they have thin, lightweight walls. They’re made of stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance.

    Butt Weld

    304/304L Stainless Steel—Fittings hold up in humid, damp, and washdown environments but will corrode if exposed to salt water or chemicals.
    316/316L Stainless Steel—Fittings are the most corrosion resistant. They stand up to wet environments, just like 304 stainless steel fittings, but unlike 304 stainless steel, they will not corrode from salt water, chlorine solutions, and chemicals.

    Straight Adapter

    Stub-end straight adapters are used with flanges. Slide a flange onto the stub end and weld the stub end to pipe (not the flange). Since the flange isn’t welded to the pipe, it can be disconnected easily, which creates an access point for frequent cleaning and inspecting.

    Low-Pressure Stainless Steel Press-Socket Pipe Fittings

    Press these fittings onto stainless steel pipe for permanent, leak-tight connections. Faster than threading or welding and no heat required, install them with a crimping tool. An internal stainless steel gripping ring and rubber O-ring create a seal when crimped. Designed to leak if fittings aren’t crimped, a colored dot marks the leak path so it's easy to spot unsealed connections. Comparable to Viega MegaPress fittings, they’re often used for water processing lines, heating and cooling systems, and fuel lines. Fittings meet ANSI/ASME B31 code requirements for use in pressure piping systems.

    Jaw and Ring Set

    Jaw and ring sets include three jaws, three rings, and one ring actuator jaw. Jaws are for pipe sizes 1/2 to 1; they fit directly into the crimping tool. Rings are for pipe sizes 1 1/4 to 2; clip the ring around the fitting and use the ring actuator jaw and crimping tool to press the open ends together.
