    The strongest steel fittings we offer. They handle extreme-pressure applications, such as hydraulic, steam, oil, and natural gas systems.
    Note: The maximum pressure listed for Class 6000 fittings is for conditions where there are no sudden changes in pressure or velocity. Please refer to ASME B16.11 to determine the specific maximum operating pressure for your application.

    Extreme-Pressure Iron and Steel Socket-Connect Pipe Fittings

    Also known as Pressure Class 6000 fittings, these forged steel fittings are the strongest we offer. Slide pipe into the socket and weld for a permanent connection. Socket-connect fittings don’t require perfect alignment, so they’re easier to join than butt-weld fittings. They’re best for noncorrosive environments.
