    Power Driver

    Form grooves in pipe ends for on-site installation and maintenance of grooved-end fittings and piping systems. Also known as roll groovers, these press pipe to form a groove rather than cutting away material, so they won’t weaken the pipe or produce messy shavings. They’re best for forming grooves in pipe that’s already installed or when you only need to groove a few pipes. When you need to tackle larger jobs, connect to a driver (sold separately) to use electrical power.
    These groovers guide the pipe smoothly into the roller for a more uniform groove, and their controlled feed makes them easier to learn and repeat than other manual groovers. They can operate in spaces with a minimum of 6 ½” of clearance around the pipe.
