    Extreme-Pressure Iron and Steel Threaded Pipe Fittings

    The strongest steel fittings we offer. They handle extreme-pressure applications, such as hydraulic, steam, oil, and natural gas systems.
    Note: The maximum pressure listed for Class 6000 fittings is for conditions where there are no sudden changes in pressure or velocity. Please refer to ASME B16.11 to determine the specific maximum operating pressure for your application.

    Low-Pressure Galvanized Iron and Steel Threaded Pipe Fittings with Sealant

    With sealant applied to the male threads, these fittings have extra leak protection. They’re made of galvanized iron or steel for rust resistance in wet and outdoor environments. Also known as Pressure Class 125 or 150 fittings, use in low-pressure applications.

    Expansion Plugs with Bypass

    Style C

    Use the bypass tube on these plugs to add air, water, and other fluid to your pipeline or to relieve pressure while testing. The seal expands to temporarily close off pipe openings.
    Style C—For Style C, twist the wing nut to expand the seal. They have an NPT threaded bypass for making leak-tight connections.
    Maximum Air Back Pressure—Maximum air back pressure is the amount of pressure a plug can withstand without moving.
    Maximum Water Back Pressure—Maximum water back pressure refers to the pressure resulting from the height of the water above the plug.

    Tapered Caps

    Don't worry about having the exact size you need on hand. These caps are shaped to fit a range of ODs—just keep pushing on until they're snug. Because they make less contact with the parts they cover, they’re easier to remove than straight caps. In a pinch, you can flip tapered caps over and use them as plugs.
