Stackable Pallets for Racks with Decking
Unlike nestable pallets, these pallets can be stored in stacks for easy forklift access. When stored in racks, they require a supporting deck surface.
Plastic pallet load covers have a lip that fits over your boxes, shielding the top and edges of your load from impact and indentation from strapping. They work with any 40"×48" pallet. You can also use them to stack loaded pallets by nestling these covers between them, but only if you use Style A pallets.

Plastic Spill-Control Pallets
These pallets have removable grating for easy cleaning.
Style B have optional connectors (sold separately) that allow you to connect multiple pallets. Use two connectors per side.
Style C have a double-layer polyethylene bladder that deploys to capture overspills of up to 65 gallons. This one-time-use bladder is 66" Lg. × 58" Wd. when fully deployed.
Style E has recessed rings for secure drum storage. The grating can be removed with a forklift.

The 52" × 52" grating is sized to hold an IBC tank. The grating is removable for easy cleaning.
Add a bucket (sold separately) to catch spills and drips when dispensing from the tank. Bucket has a spill capacity of 3 gallons; spills larger than 3 gallons are channeled into the well in the bottom of the pallet.

Inspection and Measuring Fixturing
Use these components in coordinate measuring machine (CMM) applications to raise a workpiece and reliably position it on a fixture plate with 1/4"-20 holes. They are not for use in machining applications.

Fixture plates have a grid of 1/4"-20 threaded holes spaced 1/2" apart for attaching components. Alpha-numeric markings around the edges of the plates make it easier to identify holes and repeat tasks. Use acrylic plates on vision systems.
