Solder-Connect Fittings for Copper Tubing
- Temperature Range: 32° to 200° F
Solder these fittings to copper tubing or the tube end of another fitting for a permanent, leak-tight connection. They are also known as sweat fittings. Fittings have good corrosion resistance. To adhere to safety standards for drinking water systems, use fittings that meet NSF/ANSI 61 or EN 1057.
Copper tube size is the accepted designation of the copper tubing industry, not the actual tube OD.

Crimp these fittings to copper tubing with a crimping tool (sold separately). An O-ring on the inside of the fitting creates a leak-tight connection that doesn’t require heat or soldering. They are comparable to Viega ProPress fittings. Fittings have good corrosion resistance. They meet NSF/ANSI safety standards for use with drinking water systems.

Harsh Environment High-Current Distribution Bars
Protect connections against corrosion. These bars are tin-plated copper and have stainless steel terminals. Also known as bus bars, they serve as connection points between wires with ring or spade terminals. The underside is sealed, so the bars can be safely mounted to conductive surfaces.
Covers protect the top of the bar and prevent accidental contact with live circuits.

Modular Distribution Bars
Build your own distribution system for neutral and grounding applications by adding terminal blocks to these bars. Slide blocks onto the bar, also known as a bus bar, and then attach mounting brackets to the bar. All wires make contact with the bar, distributing the current among the terminal blocks.
Terminal blocks have screw-clamp terminals that secure the wire as well as the block to the bar. Blocks are UL recognized for grounding applications.

Gaskets for 45° Flared Tube Fittings
Stop leaks from variations in temperature and vibration that can loosen 45° flared tube fittings. Made of copper, these gaskets are for use with brass fittings.
Gaskets without a coating are best for fittings that are exposed to harsh chemicals, such as antifreeze, which can dissolve the threadlocker coating.
Threadlocker-coated gaskets offer a more secure hold than uncoated gaskets, so they’re best for areas with high vibration.
