Large-Area Plug-In Portable Floodlights


Style A	Style B

Our brightest plug-in floodlights, these lights illuminate large worksites—about the size of a hockey rink. Rated IP68, they’re dust- and watertight enough to handle being temporarily submerged in water, so torrential downpours and snowstorms won’t be a problem. Tilt the heads and adjust the height of the stand to direct light where you need it.

Style A—Style A lights are also known as balloon lights—they cast light in all directions through a fabric diffuser to reach a diameter of 200 ft. For focused light, remove the diffuser. They’re lightweight, weighing just 45 lbs., so you can move them around your site. Yet they’re sturdy enough to withstand winds of 30 mph with the diffuser on and 60 mph with the diffuser off.

Style B—Style B lights have four heads that rotate and pivot individually, so you can aim the light up to 160 ft. in whatever direction you choose. Once you raise the lights, you can rotate the mast to direct light. They’re stable enough to stand firm in 45 mph winds thanks to their sturdy steel frame. A single person can maneuver them, even through doorways. You cannot tow these lights. They have a power outlet at the base to plug in a tool or link up a second light. An extension cord (sold separately) is required to power Style B lights.

NEMA 5-15— If you’re powering only one floodlight, use a cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug.

NEMA L5-20—If you’re powering two of these lights on one circuit or plan to plug in a power tool, use a cord with a NEMA L5-20 plug to power the first light. The light has inlets for both plug types.

Style B—Style B produce an intense beam for as long as you need it. They’re rated IP68 for prolonged submersion, so they’ll keep working if you drop them in water. They’re also dust tight. A digital display shows lumen output, battery level, and estimated runtime. For easy transport, they have a handle and shoulder strap. Attach them to a positioning stand (sold separately) to illuminate an entire area hands-free.

Flood

Drop these headlamps in water and they’ll still work—they’re IP rated to withstand submersion for at least 30 minutes. Use them to shine light on your work while keeping your hands free. All can cast either a spot beam with a bright center for long distances, or a uniform flood beam for close-up tasks and inspection work. These headlamps are tested against ANSI/PLATO FL 1 standards to confirm the accuracy of performance attributes such as beam distance, impact resistance, and battery life.

Style A—Style A can be used as a flashlight—just snap them out of the strap. Wrap them around a hard hat with their rubber-coated elastic strap, or attach them with the included clips. The strap is reflective, so drivers will see you. These headlamps have a battery life indicator to let you know when to recharge. If you need these headlamps to work right away and can’t wait for them to charge, you can use disposable batteries instead of their rechargeable one. They work with two CR123 batteries.

Style B—Style B can be used as a flashlight—just snap them out of the strap. Wrap them around a hard hat with their rubber-coated elastic strap, or attach them with the included clips. The strap is reflective, so drivers will see you. These headlamps have a battery life indicator to let you know when to recharge. If you need these headlamps to work right away and can’t wait for them to charge, you can use disposable batteries instead of their rechargeable one. They work with three AAA batteries.

Green Beam—On headlamps with color options, the green beam shows more contrast than the red beam, but it can interfere with your ability to see in dark conditions.

Red Beam—On headlamps with color options, the red beam lets you see in low light without disrupting your night vision.

IP68 Enclosure Rating—IP68-rated headlamps can be submerged in water for more than 30 minutes. They’re also sealed against dust.

Wet-Location Plug-In Adjustable-Height Portable Floodlights


Style A	Style D

Raise, lower, and tilt these lights to brighten your work in wet spaces. IP rated or ETL listed, they can handle wet environments.

Style A—Style A are only 6 _½ lbs., half the weight of other styles. This makes them a good choice to move frequently around your site. You can power these lights with a vehicle using the included car adapter or battery alligator clips.

Style D—Style D brighten areas up to 60 ft. in diameter. Five light panels pivot independently to direct light where you need it. A magnetic mount means you can take the light off the tripod and pop it on most metal surfaces. They’re durable enough to fall from 12 ft. and still work. You can also power these lights with a vehicle using the included car adapter or battery alligator clips.
