    Tire Pressure and Inflator Test Gauges

    Test the accuracy of tire pressure gauges and tire inflation gauges. Designed to higher accuracy standards than typical tire gauges, these calibrators are not meant to be used to regularly check tire pressure directly. Instead, they serve as an objective reference to eliminate inaccuracies and discrepancies between your gauges. To use, check tire pressure first using the calibrator and then again with your tire pressure gauge. Make calibration adjustments to your gauge until its reading matches the reading on the calibrator.

    Pressure Transmitters

    Remotely monitor pressure in general purpose applications such as pumping and compressing systems. These transmitters, also known as transducers, convert pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls. For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's pressure range and output signal. As pressure increases, the output signal from the transmitter will increase. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range.
    Transmitters are rated NEMA 4X and IP65 or IP67 and are good for washdown and corrosive environments.

    Differential Pressure Transmitters for Liquids

    Used with pumps, cooling systems, and other liquid applications, these transmitters remotely measure the difference in pressure between two inputs. They are also known as transducers. These transmitters convert differential pressure to an electrical signal that can be interpreted by receiving devices, such as remote displays, programmable logic controllers, and motor speed controls to monitor pressure or control equipment. You’ll often see them used to indicate a filter is clogged.
    For your receiving device to interpret the signal from the transmitter, you will need to calibrate it for the transmitter's differential pressure range and output signal. Transmitters will only provide accurate readings within the rated pressure range. Connect them using two wires. The same wire is used to send a signal to the receiver and to power the transmitter.     Fine-tune the pressure range on these transmitters to account for changes in pressure readings over time. With an adjustable range, also known as adjustable zero and adjustable span, the top and bottom of the pressure range can be changed by up to 5%.     Electronically-Controlled Precision Compressed Air Regulators

    Designed for control applications that require high reliability and repeatability, these regulators translate electrical signals to output pressure. As the input signal increases, the output pressure increases proportionally within the regulation range. Use them where consistent pressure is needed to generate precise force and movement. Pair them with sensors that produce the required input signal current or programmable logic controllers (PLC) for automatic setting adjustments.
    All are relieving regulators, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure. Install them in your air line after your filters.

    With ±0.8% accuracy, these filter/regulators react to smaller pressure changes than our other compressed air filter/regulators. They provide clean air for use in applications where constant, consistent pressure is important. Joined top-to-bottom, the filter and regulator fit in the same space as a filter alone. These regulators are relieving style, so they exhaust when the downstream pressure exceeds the set pressure.
    Automatic Drain—Filters with an automatic drain periodically release condensate into the air, eliminating the need for manual emptying.
    Mounting Brackets—Mounting brackets (sold separately) allow you to attach these filters/regulators to a wall or equipment.
