    Liquid Chillers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Liquid Chillers.
Circulate water or glycol solutions to prevent spot-welding systems, molds, lasers, and other temperature-sensitive equipment from overheating. These chillers provide constant, uniform temperatures. An internal tank ensures liquid flows in a continuous loop. Adjust the set temperature with the keypad.
Bypass Valve—Chillers with a bypass valve recirculate liquid in the chiller if the outlet is obstructed.
    Cooling Capacity—Cooling capacity is based on a 65° F liquid temperature and a 95° F room temperature.
Cannot Be Sold To—Liquid chillers cannot be sold to the listed areas due to chemical regulations.

Protect your most temperature-sensitive equipment from overheating. These chillers keep liquids within 0.18° F of the temperature you set. Far more advanced than basic chillers—which are accurate within a few full degrees—they’re even precise enough for use in medical imaging machines. Fill these chillers with distilled water or glycol solutions, and an internal pump moves the liquid out to your equipment and back in a continuous loop. They’re often used with spot-welding systems, molds, lasers, and X-ray diffraction equipment. Use the built-in keypad to manually set the temperature, or connect an external controller of your own to automate temperature changes. View the set temperature, alerts, and other information on the LED display.
120V AC—120V AC chillers automatically replace their own filter, using a roller to swap in a fresh filter on a set schedule. Adjust the schedule to suit your application. A UV light system prevents algae and other bacteria growth, keeping the cooling liquid clean.
240V AC—240V AC chillers have a bypass valve knob to control the chiller’s flow rate and pressure, which can affect the temperature of your liquid and how efficiently these coolers run.

    Low-Temperature Liquid Chillers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Liquid Chillers. Low-Temperature Liquid Chillers.
Chill coolant down to 0° F—the lowest temperature liquid chillers we offer. They're often used when you want to maintain temperatures below freezing, such as in food processing and for sensitive electronic components. They take your fluid down to a constant uniform temperature and pump that liquid into your cooling system. Monitor the temperature and pressure of the coolant on the LCD display and change the settings using the keypad. They have a window to quickly check the fluid level. This window also acts as a spot to drain or fill the chiller.
Cannot Be Sold To—Liquid chillers cannot be sold to the listed areas due to chemical regulations.

    Rack-Mount Liquid Chillers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Liquid Chillers. Rack-Mount Liquid Chillers.
Save floor space—these chillers mount to standard 19" electronics racks, enclosures, and cabinets. Because they're so compact, you can even fit multiple chillers on the same rack. Where other chillers only keep liquid cool within a few full degrees, these chillers are highly precise, maintaining constant, uniform temperatures within 0.18° F. This makes them ideal for equipment where small temperature changes could cause an issue for your process. Also called Peltier chillers, they cool using only electricity, so there's no compressors or refrigerants. Without a compressor, you'll hardly hear them when they're running.
Fill these chillers with water or glycol solutions, and an internal pump moves the liquid through a cooling system and out to your equipment. There are multiple ways to control these chillers. Use the built-in keypad to manually set the temperature, or connect an external controller of your own to automate temperature changes. View the set temperature, pressure, and flow rate from the digital display. It will also display maintenance reminders and alarms.
A port on the front lets you quickly check fluid levels and fill the chiller with fluid without removing it from the rack or disconnecting it from your system.

    Bench-Top Liquid Chillers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Liquid Chillers. Bench-Top Liquid Chillers.
Send cool water to equipment right from your bench top without compromising precision. These chillers maintain constant, uniform temperatures within 0.2° F where other chillers only keep liquid cool within a few full degrees. This makes them ideal for equipment where small temperature changes could cause an issue, such as microscope cooling plates.
Fill these chillers with water or glycol solutions, and an internal pump moves the liquid through a cooling system and out to your equipment. Use the built-in keypad to manually set the temperature, or connect an external controller of your own to automate temperature changes. View the set temperature, alerts, and other information from the LED display.
500 BTU/hr Cooling Capacity—Chillers rated for 500 Btu/hr. are also known as Peltier chillers. They cool liquid using electricity—no need for compressors or refrigerants. Because they don’t use a compressor, you’ll hardly hear them when they’re on. To check fluid levels at a glance, their tank inlet is semi-clear.
