Ultra-Chemical-Resistant Compressible PTFE Gasket Material
More compressible than pure PTFE, these expanded PTFE gasket sheets and discs ensure a tight seal. They are chemically inert (except to molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine). Cut with a utility knife or gasket cutter.
Sheets are also known as Gore GR.

Ultra-Chemical-Resistant PTFE Gasket Material
Chemically inert (except to molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine), these gasket sheets are made of pure PTFE. They have a slippery surface that prevents sticking. Cut with a utility knife or gasket cutter.

Ultra-Chemical-Resistant High-Strength PTFE Gasket Material

Made of PTFE with a fiberglass filler to provide strength and prevent these sheets from thinning out when compressed. They resist hydrocarbons, solvents, refrigerants, and moderate concentrations of acids. Cut with a utility knife or gasket cutter.

Made-to-Order Ultra-Chemical-Resistant PTFE Gaskets

Let us precision cut a gasket for you to your exact specifications using your DXF file. These gaskets are made of soft expanded PTFE, which is chemically inert (except to molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine).
First select a thickness, then select a sheet size that’s large enough to accommodate your gasket. Gasket cross section and bolt hole diameter must be at least 0.093". Finally, send us your DXF file. Depending on the size of your gasket, we’ll send you as many same-design gaskets as a sheet will yield, up to 20 gaskets for 12"×12" sheets, and up to 40 gaskets for 24"×24" sheets.
