Push Button Safety Covers
Lock out the on/off or emergency-stop buttons on machinery to prevent accidental or unauthorized startups, such as during maintenance. These lockout covers secure with padlocks and indicate to workers that a button is off for safety. By disabling push buttons, these safety covers also help you comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 lockout requirements for maintaining machinery.
Removable safety covers twist on and off a mounted base that fits around a button. Use the included colored labels to identify the buttons. Red covers are easy to see when installed.
Hinged safety covers have a door that flips shut. They mount permanently and encase two button sizes—22 mm or 30 mm. Snap off the tabs around the mounting hole to fit 30 mm buttons.
Crossbar safety covers have a bar that locks a button in the off position.

Self-Retracting Lockout Cables
Extend the cable and place its loop in the body opening. Rotate the body to lock the cable for a secure fit. When unlocked, the cable retracts into the body with the push of a button. This flexible cable wraps around and through panel boxes, freestanding equipment, and multiple gate valves to keep them inoperable. It helps you comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 procedures for the control of energy sources that could injure workers.

Pendant Switch Lockouts
Prevent cranes, hoists, and other machinery controlled by pendant switches from starting up during maintenance. Unlike soft lockout bags, these lockouts have rigid sides that keep control buttons from being pressed while work is underway. With space for four padlocks, multiple people can safely work on the same equipment. These lockouts expand to fit over most switch sizes, and collapse flat for storage. They help you comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 procedures for the control of energy sources that could injure workers.
