    Recessed Handle Push-to-Close Latches

Image of Product. Style 1. Front orientation. Push-to-Close Latches. Recessed Handle Push-to-Close Latches, Style 1—Mortise Mount.

    Style 1

With a flat inset grip, the handle on these latches is recessed so you won’t bump them or catch clothes on them. To open, put your finger in the recess and slide the latch. Quickly push the latches closed to secure doors. A convenient alternative to cam and draw latches, they don’t require you to turn a cam or pull a latch to close. Mount these latches by simply pressing them into through-hole cutouts—there’s no need to fasten them with a screw. All require a special through-hole shape.

Vibration-Resistant Grab Latches with Electrical Switch

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Push-to-Close Latches. Vibration-Resistant Grab Latches with Electrical Switch.
An electrical switch allows these latches to power a light or other signal to indicate whether a door is open or closed. Their spring-loaded design withstands vibration, rattling, and shaking better than other push-to-close grab latches for a more secure hold. Latches meet UL 94 V-0 for flammability. Note: These latches are not for use as access safety switches.

Recessed Handle Keyed Push-to-Close Locking Latches

Image of Product. Front orientation. Push-to-Close Latches. Recessed Handle Keyed Push-to-Close Locking Latches.
To prevent snags and accidental bumps, these locking latches have a recessed grip instead of a standard handle. Put your finger in the recess and slide the latch to open. They keep doors shut when you push them closed. A convenient alternative to cam and draw latches, they don't require you to turn a cam or pull a latch to close. They press into a cutout without tools, so they’re fast and easy to install. However, they only fit a cutout shape that matches the locking latch. Since they’re keyed alike, they’re good if you need several locks that open with the same key. They meet UL 94 V-0, so they’ll self-extinguish in the event of a fire.

    Keyed Push-to-Close Locking Latches

The low profile means less of the locking latch is exposed, reducing the potential for damage. They hold doors shut when pushed closed. Locking latches operate with the turn of a key.
