Acetal |
Rivet these nuts into thin panels for a flush fit. They can be mounted without space between panels. A quarter-turn locks and releases access panels, doors, and covers. The screw is held to the outer panel by a retainer. Rivets not included. Install with 3/32" rivets in steel and 1/8" rivets in plastic. Length is measured from under the screw head.
Zinc-Plated Steel—Zinc-plated steel nuts and screws are corrosion resistant in wet environments. An installation tool (sold separately) is required to install the retainer.
Acetal—Acetal nuts and screws are chemical resistant and lightweight.

Wing Head Quarter-Turn Captive Panel Screws with Back Press-Fit Nut

Press these nuts into the backside of a panel in applications where you have access to both sides of the panel. Install with an arbor press or similar pressure tool. A quarter-turn locks and releases access panels, doors, and covers. The screw is held to the outer panel by a retainer. An installation tool (sold separately) is required to install the retainer. Nuts and screws have a zinc plating that provides corrosion resistance in wet environments. Length is measured from under the screw head.

Best for thick panels. Use an arbor press or similar pressure tool to install these spring plungers into the outer panel.
Steel Nose—The strongest, most wear-resistant noses, these won't deform from stress and vibration. Steel is best for dry environments, however, since moisture will cause it to rust.
Twist-to-Lock—Pull back the handle and twist to lock the nose in its retracted position.

Quarter-Turn Quick-Change Fixture Clamps

Install these clamps into fixture plates, machine subplates, and tombstones to quickly swap components in or out of your machining setup. They lock or unlock with the turn of a knob. Since they locate while they clamp, you can accurately position components with repeatability of ±0.1".
For accurate positioning, use at least two sets of clamps and cam receptacles. Install receptacles into a base plate and clamps into a fixture plate. Line up the two plates, insert the clamps into the receptacles, then turn the knobs to secure your fixture in place. If you need more holding capacity, use additional clamps and receptacles.

Mount one of these bases to a solid surface with screws, insert the button through an eyelet (sold separately), and give it a quarter turn to secure.
