Designed for heavy duty applications, these brackets support metal and wooden handrails on stairs and ramps.
Cast—Cast brackets are stronger than formed brackets.
Styles 1 and 3—All styles have mounting holes in their base to mount to the wall. Styles 1 and 3 have a saddle for fastening or welding the handrail.
Style 2—All styles have mounting holes in their base to mount to the wall. Style 2 brackets don’t have a saddle; weld the handrail directly to the top of the bracket.
Steel and Iron—Steel and iron brackets are strong enough to reliably support handrails that are used frequently.
Aluminum—Aluminum brackets are lightweight and have excellent corrosion resistance, which makes them good for harsh environments.
ADA Compliant—ADA-compliant brackets have enough vertical and horizontal clearance to help you comply with ADA guidelines if installed correctly.
NFPA 5000—Brackets that meet NFPA 5000 leave enough clearance between the handrail and wall to help you meet National Fire Protection Association safety standards for building and construction.
