Hand Winches for Wire Rope—For Horizontal Pulling
Turn the crank to move material horizontally. These winches wind faster than precise-positioning winches.
Winches with two speeds wind quickly in high gear and more easily in low gear than single-speed winches.
For wire rope, see Wire Rope with Hook for Winches.
Note: Capacity is highest for the first layer of rope (at least five wraps of rope on the winch) and decreases as each additional layer of rope is wound on the winch.

Hand Winches for Webbing—For Horizontal Pulling

Webbing wraps neatly around the winch to prevent tangles in the line.
Ratchet handle pumps up and down rather than turning completely around the winch and is good for tight spaces.
Winches with two speeds wind quickly in high gear and more easily in low gear.

Wall-Mount Heavy Duty Hand Winches for Wire Rope—For Lifting

Tackle frequent lifting jobs with these rugged winches—their one-piece machined gears stand up to daily use. An automatic brake holds the load when the handle is released. To lift, mount winches above the load or use winches with a pulley that's mounted above the load.
Fully enclosed body offers protection from dirt and debris.
For wire rope, see Wire Rope with Hook for Winches.
Note: Capacity is highest for the first layer of rope (at least five wraps of rope on the winch) and decreases as each additional layer of rope is wound on the winch.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

and Right-Side Handle

These winches are designed for occasional use. An automatic brake holds the load when the handle is released. To lift, mount winches above the load or use winches with a pulley that's mounted above the load.
For wire rope, see Wire Rope with Hook for Winches.
Enclosed gears offer protection from dirt and debris.
Winches with a left-side handle are more comfortable for left-handed users to operate, and can be used in spaces where right-side handles can’t fit. Winches with a right- or left-side handle are convertible, letting you easily switch between your left and right hand.
Note: Capacity is highest for the first layer of rope (at least five wraps of rope on the winch) and decreases as each additional layer of rope is wound on the winch.

Heavy Duty Ratchet Pullers with Wire Rope
These versatile pullers give you the capacity of a winch, and have a thick, rugged frame for long life. The wire rope on the pullers is stronger than rope and webbing but not as bulky as chain. Pullers with two capacities listed include a pulley for twice the capacity but half the reach.
Pullers with a reversible handle are designed to bend when the load exceeds capacity. They’re RFID (radio frequency identification) enabled, so you can track their location.

Corrosion-Resistant Ratchet Pullers with Wire Rope
These versatile pullers are made of aluminum with stainless steel rope for corrosive environments. They give you the capacity of a winch in a portable tool. Wire rope is stronger than rope and webbing but not as bulky as chain. The handle is designed to bend when the load exceeds capacity. Pullers have an RFID (radio frequency identification) chip for location tracking. Pullers with two capacities listed include a pulley for twice the capacity but half the reach.

Ratchet Pullers with Chain

A thick, rugged frame gives these pullers long life, while a hardened steel chain makes them the strongest, most durable pullers we offer. There’s a stop on one end of the chain to prevent it from pulling completely through the ratchet. All pullers have a revolving handle that folds out on either side of the lever for easy operation at any angle.
