Lift your collaborative robot so it can reach raised surfaces. These pedestals are often used to support robots next to conveyor belts, so they can grab boxes to arrange on pallets.
Add accessories—such as dollies and controller mounts (both sold separately)—to help you move these pedestals or attach components to them.

    Dolly Anchor

Made of steel, these pedestals are built to last. They’re also machinable and weldable, so you can modify them to suit the task at hand. A cable routing hole lets you feed cable, wire, and tubing through the center column to keep your setup neat.
Mount your robot to the top of these pedestals with bolts (not included). They have standard mounting patterns, so they work with FANUC CRX, Universal Robots (UR), and other common robot arms. Use the mounting holes in the bottom plate to bolt them to your floor or another flat surface. If your surface is uneven, install fasteners or leveling mounts (both not included) in the threaded holes and adjust their depth until the pedestal is level.
These pedestals are designed for robots moving at collaborative speeds—do not use them when your robot is moving at high speeds.
Dollies—Attach to pedestals to roll your robot where you need it. The bottom of the pedestal has mounting holes that line up with those on the dolly. Attach them together with the included fasteners. To lock the casters, step on the pedal. Adjust the leveling feet to compensate for uneven floors.
Dolly Anchors—Secure dollies to the floor for extra stability. You can also use these anchors to mark your robot’s working position—just align the dolly with the anchors. Bolt the anchors to the floor with fasteners (not included), then slide the leveling feet into the notch on each anchor. Tighten the wing nut for more holding power. You’ll need three anchors—one for each leveling foot.

    Robot Mounts

Secure your robot arm to benches, frames, or other surfaces with these mounts. Made from aluminum, they’re machinable, so you can drill holes to match them to custom mounting patterns. They also resist corrosion in wet environments.

Extend the horizontal reach of your Universal Robots’ arm to operate your robot at multiple positions along an assembly line, or transport workpieces from a conveyor to your CNC. All of these slides have a carriage, slide controller, and software plug-in for connecting, operating, and programming your robot’s arm. The slides become an extension of the arm, so you can program how they glide back and forth on the rail as part of the robot's work cycle. A cable management system keeps your cables from tangling while the slides are in motion.
These slides are all Universal Robots+ (UR+) certified products, and have been validated by Universal Robots for compatibility and simple integration with UR robot arms. Pair them with Telescoping Bases for Universal Robots to also extend the vertical reach of your robot’s arm.

Take your robot arm to new heights—these pedestals move up and down to extend your robot’s vertical reach for high and low stacking jobs. Often used to palletize boxes as they come off a conveyor, they start at ground level and extend as the stack gets higher. They’re UR+ certified, so they’ve been tested to work seamlessly with your robot. Download the free URCap plug-in, then use your teach pendant to sync their speed and movement with your robot’s work cycle. You can program these pedestals to move a set distance from their current position or height from the floor.
These pedestals have holes on the top to mount your robot and holes on the base to bolt it to the floor. Connect them to a 24V DC power supply with the included 16 ft. cord. You’ll also need an Ethernet cord to connect them to your robot controller. A cable management system ensures your cables won’t tangle as these pedestals move.
When these pedestals are used with the UR20 and UR30, run your robot at collaborative speed, not high speed.
