    With a top that’s T-slotted from edge to edge, these workstations let you endlessly adjust your robot and fixtures as you iterate setups. Optimize them to hold workpieces, trays, sensors, and more for a variety of robot tasks, from machine tending to dispensing glue. Use the included mount to secure FANUC CRX, Universal Robots (UR), or other common robot arms anywhere on the workstation top. These workstations come fully assembled with hardware to attach the mount to the workstation. However, you’ll need fasteners to attach your robot to the mount.
    These workstations have swivel casters with brakes, so you can roll them between jobs and lock them in place. Store your teach pendant, robot controller, and other accessories behind the cabinet doors below—or remove the doors for easy access.

    Any-Which-Way Mounts for Vacuum Lifting

    Swivel, tilt, and rotate your vacuum lifter to grip irregularly shaped or textured items. These mounts have ball-and-socket joints that lock in place, so you can precisely position your suction for an ideal grip. Use the threaded arms and three thread adapters to connect vacuum lifters or threaded vacuum cups (both not included) of various sizes. Because the arms are hollow, you can run vacuum lines through them and directly to vacuum cups. Alternatively, use the plug near the bottom of the arm to route tubing with compressed air out the side to a vacuum lifter.

    Support large robot arms and heavy payloads—these workstations can handle up to 1,800 pounds. With capacity to spare, add all the components and accessories you need for today’s job and tomorrow’s upgrades.
    Optimize these workstations to fit your setup. To get them at the height you need, you can raise and lower the legs in 1" increments. They have swivel casters too, so you can steer them into the right spot. Then, extend the casters’ leveling pad to keep the workstation in place and compensate for uneven floors. Store your robot controller, teach pendant, and other accessories on the shelf below to keep them accessible but out of the way.
    These workstations are compatible with many common robot arms—use the mounting holes on top and included fasteners to attach them. When used with large arms, such as the FANUC CRX-25iA or 30iA, these workstations must be anchored for stability and safety.
