    Electric Slides for Universal Robots

    Extend the horizontal reach of your robot arm. These slides move your robot back and forth along a rail, so it can complete tasks in different places or cover more ground when transporting parts. They’re often used to move workpieces from a conveyor to a nearby CNC machine. Among the fastest on the market, these slides will help lower your cycle times.
    UR+ certified, these slides have been tested to work seamlessly with your robot right out of the box. The included URCap plug-in lets you use your robot’s teach pendant to control their speed and position. They ship complete with their own controller that connects to your robot’s USB port and safety digital output. Just plug them into a standard outlet with the 5 ft. cord for power. A cable management system ensures your cables won’t tangle as the robot moves.
    Mount these slides to level ground with fasteners (not included). You can also mount them to a raised surface if they’re supported and fastened every 300 mm. Mount your robot to these slides using the holes on top and the included fasteners.

    Hold workpieces at the ideal height and angle for efficient robot pickup. These stations are often used next to robots that load CNC machines, 3D printers, and other production equipment.
    Each station includes a platform, fixture plate, and pedestal. You’ll need to add pegs (sold separately) to create a custom layout that holds parts on the plate. There are also plenty of ways to expand and upgrade these stations. For example, add multiple plates, so you’re ready to go for different jobs. We’ve also stocked dollies, catch pans, and storage racks.

    Dollies

    These dollies have swivel casters with brakes, so you can roll stations between jobs and lock them in place. Leveling feet keep them flat even when the floor isn’t.

    Move your robot from workstation to workstation in seconds—no tools required. These mounts are useful when your shop uses one robot arm for multiple jobs. The two piece design lets you leave one mount on your work surface and one on your robot, so relocating is as quick as sliding the robot into place. Machined to tight tolerances for repeatability, these mounts lock your robot into the exact same position every time, so you don’t need to reprogram its movement.
    A complete setup requires one surface mount for each location and one robot mount for each arm (all sold separately).
