Robot Machine-Tending Stations
Hold workpieces at the ideal height and angle for efficient robot pickup. These stations are often used next to robots that load CNC machines, 3D printers, and other production equipment.
Each station includes a platform, fixture plate, and pedestal. You’ll need to add pegs (sold separately) to create a custom layout that holds parts on the plate. There are also plenty of ways to expand and upgrade these stations. For example, add multiple plates, so you’re ready to go for different jobs. We’ve also stocked dollies, catch pans, and storage racks.
These stations come with mounting holes on the pedestal's bottom plate to bolt them to your floor. If your floor is uneven, the bottom plate also has threaded holes, so you can level the station with fasteners or leveling mounts (both not included). The platform comes with locating pins and hairpin clips to align and secure the fixture plate.

Create custom layouts on fixture plates to hold your workpieces. To keep the pegs secure on the plate, they come with a screw. Push the screw through the backside of the fixture plate hole, then thread the peg on from the front of the plate. Stack these pegs to support taller parts. You’ll need a screw long enough to secure all the pegs in the stack.

Keep workpieces in position so your robot arm can grab them. You can arrange pegs (sold separately) to hold a variety of differently shaped workpieces. Made of stainless steel, these plates stand up to corrosion, and handle cutouts make them easy to pick up.
For heavy workpieces, use the included rest pads between the plate and platform to keep the plate from bowing. Each pad needs a peg to hold it in place.

These dollies have swivel casters with brakes, so you can roll stations between jobs and lock them in place. Leveling feet keep them flat even when the floor isn’t.

Secure dollies to your floor for extra stability and repeatable positioning. Bolt these anchors to your floor, then slide the dolly’s leveling feet into the notch and tighten the wing nut. You’ll need one anchor for each leveling foot.
