Create secure connections without crushing tubes or pipes. These curved-end spacers hug round surfaces to reinforce tube ends when bolts are tightened through hollow sections. Also known as saddle washers.
Nylon 6/6—These abrasion-resistant spacers stand up to daily wear and tear. Nylon will swell and weaken when exposed to moisture, so these spacers are best for dry environments.

Wraparound Strut Channel Washers

Our most stable washers. Wings reach over the edges of strut channel so washers won’t twist when structures vibrate. They also free up your hands during installation—you don’t have to hold them while you insert a threaded rod and twist on a nut.
Fiberglass—Pair with fiberglass strut channel for a structure that won’t transmit electrical current. When conductivity isn’t a concern, fiberglass is also good for areas exposed to chemicals and salt water.
