Nylon Mesh Cushioned Quick-Change Sanding Disc Assortments
The abrasive-embedded nylon mesh construction gives you more control over sanding pressure. A special fastener on the back of these discs allows you to easily swap one disc for another. Choose the fastener style that matches your tool or backup pad.
Coarse grade is for light deburring and removal of heavy rust and surface imperfections.
Medium grade is for cleaning, blending, and rust removal.
Very fine grade is for light scratch removal, finishing, and polishing.

Quick-Change Sanding Disc Assortments
From rough sanding to smooth finishing, these disc assortments include a variety of grits to meet your needs. All include discs with aluminum oxide abrasive, which is the most common for general sanding. It’s tough enough for steel and wood, and it won’t crack under high stress. A special fastener on the back of each disc allows you to easily swap one disc for another. Choose the fastener style that matches your tool or backup pad.
Style C assortments also include discs with zirconia alumina abrasive, which lasts longer and sands faster than aluminum oxide. This is because the grit continually fractures to produce new, sharp cutting edges. It’s the best choice for aggressively removing material from steel and wood.

Nylon Mesh Cushioned Hook and Loop Sanding Disc Assortments
The thick, abrasive-embedded nylon mesh construction gives you maximum control over sanding pressure. Quickly attach, remove, and reuse these discs with a compatible sanding tool or backup pad.
Coarse grade is for light deburring and removing heavy rust and surface imperfections.
Medium grade is for moderate blending, cleaning, light deburring, and general finishing.
Very fine grade is for polishing and final finishing.

Backup Pads with Shank for Quick-Change Sanding Discs
Secure the shank into the collet or chuck of your tool and attach the quick-change fastener on the back of compatible sanding discs to the pad.
Pads with medium density provide enough support for heavy material removal but are flexible enough for contouring and shaping.

Adhesives for Sanding Abrasives
Stick sanding discs or sheets to the backup pad on your sander. Also known as disc cement, this adhesive is strong enough to hold discs in place during aggressive sanding, but flexible enough that you can peel them off when you’re done. It works with either paper- or cloth-backed discs, but only use it on backup pads made for pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) discs or sheets.
