Adhesive-Back Sanding Discs for Masonry, Ceramics, and Composites

The hardest of all abrasives, diamond is the best choice for extremely hard materials. These discs cut quickly and wear slowly when sanding masonry, ceramics, and composites. Press them onto sanding tools or backup pads for a hold that won’t slip. To ensure the best bond, clean the pad with a mild alcohol—avoid harsh solvents such as MEK and acetone that can damage the adhesive. Also known as PSA discs.

Smooth out floors using a commercial floor-buffing machines. The slotted hole makes installation easy—just line up the center of the disc with your machine and push into place.
Cloth Abrasive Backing—Resist tearing and hold up to wet sanding better than paper-backed discs.
Paper Abrasive Backing—Good for high-volume sanding where you'll go through lots of discs.
Silicon Carbide Abrasive—The best choice for sanding concrete floors. You can also use them on wood floors, but they’ll wear out quicker than ceramic alumina discs.
Grit—The lower the grit number, the rougher the finish and the duller the appearance. The higher the grit number, the more polished the finish and the more satin or mirrored the appearance.

Nylon Mesh Grade—Use coarser grade discs for heavy cleaning, stripping, and deburring. Finer grades remove material more slowly, so they're best for gentle cleaning, blending, and finishing.
