Control sanding pressure more easily than with standard discs. The overlapping flaps conform to bumps and contours for even sanding and a consistent finish. As the top layer of abrasive wears away, a new layer is exposed, so these last longer than discs without flaps. The connector on the back lets you swap out discs in seconds. Choose the connection style that matches your tool or backup pad.
Cloth Abrasive Backing—Resist tearing and hold up to wet sanding better than paper-backed discs.
X-Lock—An X-shaped arbor hole quickly clicks into and out of X-Lock grinders without a wrench or flange nut. Also compatible with 7/8" arbors, these discs don't need a backup pad.
Zirconia Alumina Abrasive—A step up from aluminum oxide. Zirconia alumina's tough grains remove material faster and last longer but require heavy pressure to cut properly.
    Flat Disc—The standard shape.
Angled Disc—Make better contact on irregular surfaces than flat discs, so they're good for sanding bumps, contours, and edges.
Grit—The lower the grit number, the rougher the finish and the duller the appearance. The higher the grit number, the more polished the finish and the more satin or mirrored the appearance.
Cannot Be Sold To—Some discs cannot be sold outside of the United States due to export restrictions.

Sweep these discs into corners to hit welds at the perfect angle. The abrasive flaps wrap around the disc’s outer edge to reach and sand right-angle (fillet) welds. As the top layer of abrasive wears away, a new layer is exposed, so these last longer than discs without flaps. The connector on the back lets you swap out discs in seconds. Choose the connection style that matches your tool or backup pad.
