Also known as non-woven or surface-conditioning discs, their nylon mesh backing resists clogging and flexes to compensate for uneven sanding pressure. Nylon mesh densely packed with abrasive lasts longer and creates a more consistent finish than other arbor-mount discs. These discs resist clogging and compensate for uneven sanding pressure, so they are good for everything from heavy removal to paint prep. They’re also known as non-woven or surface-conditioning discs. Mount directly onto your tool’s arbor for stable, controlled sanding without a backup pad.

Long-Life Adhesive-Back Vacuum Sanding Discs


For Five-Hole Vacuum Sanders	For Six-Hole Vacuum Sanders

With a tough abrasive, these discs stay sharp longer than other vacuum sanding discs. They’re coated to prevent buildup and premature wear and have holes for drawing dust away with a vacuum sander. Choose the hole configuration that matches your backup pad and vacuum sander. Press discs onto tools or pads for a hold that won’t slip. To ensure the best bond, clean the pad with a mild alcohol—avoid harsh solvents such as MEK and acetone that can damage the adhesive. Also known as PSA discs.

Paper Abrasive Backing—Good for high-volume sanding where you'll go through lots of discs.

Long-Life Arbor-Mount Flap Sanding Discs for Soft Metals, Plastic, and Rubber


	Flat

Work longer without changing discs when sanding soft metals and nonmetals. These have more flaps than standard flap discs for 30-40% more life and a slick coating that prevents dust and debris from building up. As you sand, the flaps expose new grit to remove material steadily and evenly. Mount discs onto your tool’s arbor.

Long-Life Trimmable Arbor-Mount Flap Sanding Discs

With more abrasive flaps, these discs last longer than other trimmable flap sanding discs. Trim the soft plastic backing plate as the flaps wear down and you won't have to replace the disc until all the abrasive is gone. To sand contoured and irregular surfaces, adjust how much the flaps overhang the backing plate. Discs mount onto your tool’s arbor.
