Emery Sanding Sheets

Gentle enough for precision finishing but tough enough for metalworking jobs, emery sheets are used for rust removal, deburring, and surface prep. They have a slow-cutting grit that gives you control for detail work.

Paper Abrasive Backing—The standard, most economical option. It's good for high-volume sanding where you'll go through a lot of sheets.

Cloth Abrasive Backing—Flexible and tear resistant, it's good for contoured or rounded surfaces where a rigid backing could crack or rip.

Grit—The lower the grit number, the rougher the finish. The higher the grit number, the finer the finish.
