Weather- and Chemical-Resistant Santoprene Cord Stock

Made from Santoprene, this cord stock combines the flexibility of rubber with the durability of plastic. It holds up to weather and harsh chemicals, such as acetic acid and potassium hydroxide, without cracking or tearing. This cord stock is wear resistant enough to seal pumps, mixers, and other moving parts. It’s an economical alternative to Viton® fluoroelastomer cord stock, although it’s less resistant to temperature changes and wear.
