    Shatter-Resistant Plastic-Coated Glass Bulb—A plastic coating helps contain glass shards if the bulb breaks.
    BR38 Bulb Shape, BR40 Bulb Shape, and R40 Bulb Shape—Cast a wide beam to warm large surfaces. They’re often used in hanging heat lamps and other large fixtures. These bulbs are made of blown glass.
    PAR38 Bulb Shape—A narrow beam focuses heat on a small area. These bulbs are made of thick, hardened glass for added durability.
