    High-Temperature Thread Sealants

Image of Product. Front orientation. Thread Sealants. High-Temperature Thread Sealants.
These sealants have high locking strength, so they work in demanding applications, such as securing mounting studs in motor housings. They also withstand applications with large temperature swings.
Heat—Heat cure sealant requires heat of at least 212° F to harden. Above 300° F, the sealant hardens in about 15 minutes. For temperatures below 300° F, it may take up to 4 hours to harden. It requires both heat and a hand tool to unthread.
1,500° F Maximum Temperature—1500° F max. temp. sealants are for use on cement-lined pipe joints prior to welding. The heat from the welding torch helps them begin to harden.

Shoe and Boot Protective Epoxy Coatings

Extend the life of your footwear with these abrasion- and water-resistant epoxies. Stronger and more durable than most footwear materials, these epoxies are often used to coat and repair high-wear areas prone to rips, cracks, and water exposure, such as safety toes. They permanently bond to leather, plastic, and rubber. Each cartridge includes enough epoxy to coat the toes on one pair of shoes or boots. They fully harden in 24 hours and dry with a gloss finish, which can be rubbed away for a matte finish.

    All-Weather Application Sealants

Image of Product. Front orientation. Sealants. All-Weather Application Sealants.
Apply these sealants on wet surfaces and in cold temperatures. They’re non-sagging, so they won't drip from vertical and overhead surfaces.
Elongation and joint compression/expansion tolerance indicate flexibility—the higher the values are, the more joint movement sealants can sustain. Sealants that are good for joining dissimilar materials also work well in environments with wide temperature fluctuation.

Thread Sealants for Hydraulic and Compressed Air Systems

Image of Product. Front orientation. Thread Sealants. Thread Sealants for Hydraulic and Compressed Air Systems, Bottle.

    Bottle

Formulated for high lubricity, these sealants allow easy assembly of finely threaded hydraulic and compressed air system components. They're also free of fillers that could contaminate system media. These sealants are anaerobic, so they don’t begin to harden until coated surfaces are threaded together, blocking exposure to air.
Medium Locking Strength—These sealants have medium locking strength, which prevents threads from loosening due to vibration and shock. They require a hand tool to unthread.

    Coolant-Resistant Surface Fillers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Surface Fillers. Coolant-Resistant Surface Fillers.
Repair small leaks and cracks in coolant systems for commercial vehicles and industrial equipment. These surface fillers meet ASTM D3147 for their ability to stop leaks in engine cooling systems. Pour them into your coolant to fix both internal and external leaks. They contain ceramic microfibers and copper particles to create a permanent seal. They’re compatible with antifreeze and other coolant system additives.

Secure fasteners that are already installed—these threadlockers are thin enough to flow into tiny gaps.
Low Locking Strength—Often used in setups that require frequent disassembly, these threadlockers are easily released with the turn of a screwdriver or L-key. They give fasteners additional hold to keep them secure against light shock and vibration.
Thin Liquid—Seep into tight spaces better than thick liquids, so they're best for fine threads.
Military Specification—Mil. Spec. threadlockers are manufactured and tested to strict U.S. military standards.

Heavy Duty EMI/RFI Shielding Conformal Coatings

Image of Product. Front orientation. Conformal Coatings. Heavy Duty EMI/RFI Shielding Conformal Coatings.
Coat electronics for durability in tough conditions while blocking EMI/RFI signals. Made of epoxy mixed with silver-coated copper, these coatings are stronger than acrylic plastic EMI/RFI coatings. They are rigid enough to withstand the wear of access panels and industrial cabinets. You can also use them in engine compartments because they resist damage from high temperatures and chemicals. Also known as conductive paint, they shield your parts from interference that could cause circuit malfunction and data loss. Mix the two parts of these compounds together and paint them on components.
Cannot Be Sold to Canada— These coatings cannot be sold to Canada due to product labeling requirements.

    Threadlockers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Threadlockers. Threadlockers, Bottle.

    Bottle

The most commonly used threadlockers, these liquids prevent loosening due to vibration, bending, or improper torque. You only need a few drops to evenly coat threads. As you twist parts together, exposure to air is blocked and the threadlocker begins to harden.
Primer (sold separately) cleans the surface and decreases the time to reach full strength. It is recommended when working with aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium; black-oxide finishes; and cadmium and zinc coatings.

    Epoxy Grout

Image of Product. Front orientation. Surface Fillers. Epoxy Grout.
Mix this two-part epoxy—a resin-aggregate blend and a pigmented hardener—to create a grout that resists chemicals, such as acids, alkalies, salt water, and common solvents and cleaners. Its lightweight formula makes this grout easy to spread. Use in horizontal or vertical joints—grout won’t sag or shrink. Apply with a grout float. It can be cleaned up with water when wet; it doesn’t require a sealer once it cures. The size listed is the combined total of the two parts.
