Ultra-High-Temperature Metal-Faced Vermiculite Gasket Material

An ETP (electrolytic tin plate) laminate covers the vermiculite core to ensure these gasket sheets maintain their shape as they expand and contract during heating/cooling cycles. Maximum temperature is 1830° F. These sheets resist vibration. Use them when a strong seal is required in boilers and furnaces. They can be die-cut.
Ultra-High-Temperature Chemical-Resistant Vermiculite Gasket Material

In addition to handling temperatures up to 1800° F, these vermiculite gasket sheets resist acids (except hydrofluoric), alkalies, and detergents. They have a stainless steel insert that provides strength under pressure. Use them when a strong seal is required in boilers and furnaces. Cut with a flush cutter, water jet, or laser cutter.

Ultra-High-Temperature Vermiculite Pipe Gaskets

Our highest-temperature gaskets, these are made of vermiculite to withstand temperatures up to 1800° F. They are reinforced with a stainless steel insert for added strength under pressures up to 740 psi. Also known as ring gaskets, use them with raised-surface pipe flanges; they fit the surface inside the bolt holes and do not interfere with the bolt connection. Gaskets are compatible with low-pressure pipe flanges; all gasket specifications are sized to meet ANSI standards.

Ultra-High-Temperature Vermiculite Pipe Gaskets with Bolt Holes

Our highest temperature gaskets, these are made of vermiculite to withstand temperatures up to 1800° F. They are reinforced with a stainless steel insert for added strength under pressures up to 2,900 psi. Commonly called full-face gaskets, they cover the entire face of flat-surface pipe flanges and align with the bolt holes. Gaskets are compatible with low-pressure pipe flanges; all gasket specifications are sized to meet ANSI standards.
