When spills happen, these pallets contain the mess. They’re made of polyethylene, so they won’t degrade from most chemicals. They also meet EPA standards for liquid storage. To minimize potential leak points, these pallets are built without a drain. You’ll need to pump or clean out liquids after a spill—remove the grating to access the interior.
When choosing a pallet, consider the surface area and capacity you need. For number of 55-gallon drums gives you a sense of the surface area of your pallet, while capacity tells you how much liquid it can hold. When used correctly, these pallets meet EPA 40 CFR 264.175. Choose a pallet that’s large enough to hold either 10% of the total capacity of all the containers on it or the full capacity of the largest container—whichever is greater.
Polyethylene—Polyethylene pallets last longer than recycled polyethylene pallets.
Styles A and E—Styles A and E have U-channel connectors that let you link multiple units of the same style to create a larger spill-control surface. They have a low profile that makes it easy to load containers.
Style B—Style B have a double-layer polyethylene bladder that deploys to capture overspills of up to 65 gallons. This one-time-use bladder is 65 1/2" lg. × 66" wd. when fully deployed. They have a low profile that makes it easy to load containers.
Style D—Style D have recessed rings that keep drums in place. You can use a forklift to remove the grating.
Nestable—Nestable pallets fit within each other like cups to save you space.
Stackable—Stackable pallets sit flush when stacked, so you can access entry points with your forks.
Ramps—Add a ramp to wheel drums onto your pallet with a hand truck.

    Double-Wall Plastic Tanks

    Shown Separated

No need for separate spill-control pallets or trays—comply with EPA regulations for storing hazardous liquids with just one tank. These tanks have two walls, so if the primary compartment ruptures, the secondary one will contain the leak. It can hold 110% of the primary tank's volume and will also protect it from damage in case of impact.
Made of polyethylene, these tanks can store a broader range of chemicals than steel double-wall tanks. The plastic contains UV inhibitors so they can be used outside.
These tanks have a flat space on top where you can mount a metering pump.
NSF/ANSI 61—Because these tanks meet NSF/ANSI 61 for drinking water, you can meter chemicals stored in them into your drinking water system.

    1 Tank (Bucket Sold

    Separately)

    2 Tanks (Buckets Sold Separately)

Built for intermediate bulk container (IBC) tanks, these pallets handle larger spills and heavier loads than other plastic pallets. They’re made of polyethylene, so they’re good for use with chemicals, including acids. However, for environments with heavy wear and tear, steel pallets are the better choice. These pallets have a removable grating for easy cleaning.
When choosing a pallet, consider the surface area and capacity you need. For number of 275-gallon tanks gives you a sense of the surface area of your pallet, while capacity tells you how much liquid it can hold. When used correctly, these pallets meet EPA 40 CFR 264.175. Choose a pallet that’s large enough to hold either 10% of the total capacity of all the containers on it or the full capacity of the largest container—whichever is greater.
Without Drain—Pallets without a drain have fewer possible leak points, but they’re harder to clean after a spill.
With Drain—Pallets with a drain remove excess liquid, so you don’t need to remove the tanks or pump the liquid out.
For 2 275-Gallon Tanks—Pallets for 2 tanks have a single, continuous basin and can't be separated into individual pallets.

    Ramps (Sold Separately)

A heavy duty solution for safely containing liquids. Made of 12 gauge steel, these pallets won’t crack if they’re hit and won't melt if there's a fire. All meet EPA regulations for storing hazardous liquids. However, they might corrode if exposed to chemicals. Remove the grating for easy cleaning.
When choosing a pallet, consider the surface area and capacity you need. For number of 55-gallon drums gives you a sense of the surface area of your pallet, while capacity tells you how much liquid it can hold. For your system to meet EPA 40 CFR 264.175, the pallet must hold either 10% of the total capacity of your shipment or the full capacity of the largest container—whichever is greater.
Style B—Style B pallets don’t nest, so you can access the forklift entry points even when they’re stacked.
Ramps—Add a ramp to wheel drums onto your pallet with a hand truck.

Speed up cleaning after a spill—these pallets have a built-in drain, so you can empty liquid without removing containers or grates. For even deeper cleaning, the grating can be removed. Made of polyethylene, these pallets won’t degrade from most chemicals, including acids. All meet EPA storage standards by containing leaks from hazardous liquids.
Style A—Style A have a low profile that makes it easy to load containers. They also have U-channel connectors that let you link multiple units of the same style to create a larger spill-control surface.
Style C—Style C have recessed rings that keep drums in place. You can use a forklift to remove the grating.
Stackable—Stackable pallets sit flush when stacked, so you can access entry points with your forks.
Ramps—Add a ramp to wheel drums onto your pallet with a hand truck.

Sized to hold intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), these 12-gauge steel pallets are more durable than plastic ones. They meet EPA storage standards—they won't melt in a fire and can contain flammable liquids. However, they might rust if exposed to chemicals.
These pallets have a removable grating for easy cleaning. Use the built-in drain to remove liquid after a spill or leak—no need to pump out liquid or remove your tank. When dispensing liquid from the tank, place your bucket on the included shelf.

Store hazardous liquids outside and away from people and workspaces. These sheds are made of polyethylene, so they resist most chemicals, including acids. Their roll-up doors offer access from the front or back to move containers, dispense liquids, and protect contents from the elements. All have two or more holes to secure with padlocks (not included).
For use with 55 gal. drums or 275 gal. IBC tanks, these sheds are EPA compliant 40 CFR 264.175 when used correctly. Choose a shed that’s large enough to hold either 10% of the total capacity of all the containers on it or the full capacity of the largest container—whichever is greater.
Without Drain—Sheds without a drain have fewer potential leak points, but they’re harder to empty after a spill.
With Drain—Sheds with a drain let you empty liquid after a spill without having to remove containers or pump liquids out through the top.
For 2 275-Gallon Tanks—Sheds that hold two 275 gal. tanks have a single, continuous basin, so they can’t be separated into individual sheds.
Unassembled—Unassembled sheds are simple to put together—no fasteners required.
Removable Grating—Sheds with a removable grating are easy to clean.
Buckets—Add a bucket (sold separately) to catch spills and drips when dispensing from the tank. The bucket holds up to 3 gallons. When the bucket fills too high, excess liquid is released into the well of the shed.

Store hazardous liquids up and out of the way. These basins can be placed directly on the beams of a pallet rack, helping you maximize floor space. Simply set your pallet on top to create a spill-control system. Made of polyethylene, they won’t degrade from most chemicals, including acids. To be EPA compliant 40 CFR 264.175, the basin must hold either 10% of the total capacity of all the containers on it or the full capacity of the largest container—whichever is greater.
You can use a forklift to place these basins on your pallet rack. Your pallet sits flush on top, so its fork entry points stay accessible.
Without Drain—Basins without a drain have fewer possible leak points than those with one.
With Drain—Basins with a drain are easy to clean after a spill. Just hook up a 3/4 garden hose to drain liquid away—no need to lift the basin or pump liquid out from the top.
