An unthreaded shank allows you to cut your own threads. These hooks also have a drilled pin hole for installing a latch. Their open-mouth design allows chain, rope, and fittings to easily slip on and off the hook.

Screw these hooks into place with their threaded stud. They have a spring latch to ensure rope, chain, and fittings won't detach from the hook when the load slackens. Made of 316 stainless steel, these hooks resist salt water and chemicals.

Threaded-Stud Hooks with Spring-Close Locking Latch—For Lifting
