Precision Wire End Cutters
Make accurate, flush cuts through small wire with these tweezer-style cutters. The smallest of our wire end cutters, they cut close to the surface with such high precision that they’re often used by jewelers to make watch repairs.
Stainless steel cutters are corrosion resistant for use in damp or humid environments. Cutters with a tungsten carbide tip stay sharp longer than any other precision wire end cutters. However, the tip is brittle and can chip from accidental impact.

Static-Control Wire End Cutters
Snip wire close against circuit boards and other electronic components without building up electrostatic discharge (ESD). These cutters have grips that drain static away from the blades to prevent damage to sensitive equipment. Also known as nippers, they have wide, flat jaws that make flush cuts, so you don’t nick anything beneath your wire. The box-joint design helps them maintain their jaw alignment, even after frequent use. A spring opens the jaws for quick cutting. Since the grips are plastic, they're comfortable when you're making repeat cuts and won't slip from your hands.

Compact Bolt Cutters
Make one-handed cuts with these small cutters. Because they’re shorter than standard bolt cutters, they’re best for cutting thin bolts and wire. For more leverage, choose longer cutters. Not for use on wire rope.
All have jaws that are riveted onto the handles except cutters with aluminum handles. Riveted jaws are not replaceable.
Serrated jaws grip the material you’re cutting to prevent slipping.
Spring-assisted cutters open automatically when you release the handles to help you make quick cuts.
Cutters with stainless steel jaws and handles resist corrosion in wet and damp areas.
Cutters with aluminum handles are 30% lighter than steel-handled cutters, so they’re more comfortable for repeated cuts. Their cutting head is replaceable, and they have an adjustment screw to align cutting edges.

Compact Bolt Cutters with Offset Handles
An angled cutting head keeps handles up and out of the way for trimming bolts, chain, and wire against flat surfaces. Smaller than standard bolt cutters, these cutters can be used one-handed in tight spaces. They can also fit into tool pouches. However, they provide less leverage than larger cutters, so they’re best for slicing through thin bolts and wire. The jaws are riveted onto the handles and are not replaceable. Not for use on wire rope.

Compact Bolt Cutter Sets
Keep a variety of small cutters on hand for cuts in tight spaces. The handles are short enough to make one-handed cuts, but they provide less leverage than standard cutters. They’re best for snipping thin bolts and wire. Use a longer cutter for more leverage. They have serrated jaws that grip the material you’re cutting and prevent it from slipping. Since the jaws are riveted onto the handles, you can’t replace them. Not for use on wire rope.

Easy-Cut Bolt and Chain Cutters
Leverage points on the jaws and handles let you cut through bolts, chains, and rods with 30% less effort than standard bolt cutters. These cutters help reduce hand fatigue when you’re snipping through thick, hard metal or making repeated cuts. All have an adjustment screw to align cutting edges. For more leverage, choose cutters with longer handles. Not for use on wire rope.
Electrical-Insulating Bolt and Chain Cutters
Insulated handles protect against shock from accidental contact with live electrical circuits. These cutters are tested to 1,000 volts to meet IEC 60900 and ASTM F1505. Use to cut medium steel chain and hard steel bolts, rods, screws, rivets, nails, bars, and wire. Cutters have an adjustment screw to align cutting edges. Not for use on wire rope.
Bench-Mount Bolt, Hard Chain, and Padlock Cutters
Make repeated cuts in hard materials with this cutter. It mounts for stability and provides extra leverage. It has a short-nosed jaw that forces the material being cut deep into the jaw and also allows you to cut one side of a chain link or padlock hasp without hitting the other side. Align cutting edges with the adjustment screw. Not for use on wire rope.
Air-Powered Bolt and Chain Cutters
Slice through bolts and chain with low effort. A spring opens the jaws for quick cuts. Not for use on wire rope.

Bolt and Chain Cutters with Offset Handles
The cutting head is angled 30° from the handles, so you can cut close to a surface or in a tight space without the handles getting in your way. For example, you could use these cutters to remove a bolt end that’s sticking out the side of your machinery. They’re also great for cutting chains, rods, and wire mesh. All have an adjustment screw to align the cutting edges. For more leverage, choose a longer cutter. Not for use on wire rope.
