In-Plant Offices

Easy to assemble and relocate when necessary, these office buildings create a private work space in your warehouse or manufacturing facility.

Buildings come with four walls but do not come with a floor. Each building has 3" thick, R-11 insulated wall panels; 24-ga. steel floor track with screw-on vinyl base; steel posts with wiring access on two sides; aluminum top caps and corner posts; 22-ga. corrugated steel roof; and a 24" × 48" noncombustible lay-in acoustical ceiling system.

You'll also get a 36" Wd. × 84" Ht. × 1 _3/4" Thick. door that's made of 20-ga. steel and hung on an 18-ga. steel frame. The door has a 24" Wd. × 24" Ht. × _1/4" Thick. tempered glass window and comes furnished with a keyed lock and two keys (keyed differently). All doors swing out and are hinged on the left.

Buildings include up to three (see below) factory-installed tempered glass windows that measure 48" Wd. × 36" Ht. × _1/4" Thick., which can be installed in any wall panel location.

They also come with an electrical package that includes 24" × 48" recessed fluorescent light fixtures with acrylic lens cover (four 48" long T8 bulbs required and not included), 110V AC outlet, wall switch, outlet boxes, conduit (wiring not included), and a circuit breaker panel (with breakers) that's rated at 100 amps with a 70-amp main.

Lactation Spaces

Create a private, comfortable space to pump. These spaces do more than help you meet PUMP Act requirements—they’re equipped to support nearly every aspect of pumping at work. With four walls, a ceiling, and a locking door, you can set them up just about anywhere in your facility. If you already have some of these components, such as a room, you can purchase what you need separately.

Designed for pumping, the chair has a wide frame plus two bottle holders. Set other items you may have on the fold-down table, so you never have to balance things on your lap. You can plug your pump into one of the built-in electrical outlets. Adjustable lighting and acoustic felt panels help create a calming environment, while an exhaust fan keeps air fresh. The sink and mirror let you freshen up without leaving the room. The refrigerator is large enough for multiple people to store breastmilk.

Setup is simple with basic tools—no wiring or plumbing required. Just plug the cord into a standard outlet to power the built-in wall outlets. The sink comes assembled with its own refillable 5-gal. tank and a waste tank that you can empty as needed. A removable panel makes it easy to add your own air conditioner or heater.

For accessibility, the sign on the outside includes braille.

Pop-Up Tents

Create a sheltered space for small gatherings with these pop-up tents, which you assemble and collapse without extra tools. When you have the frame legs adjusted to the desired height, lock them in place using the included pins. The center pole has an internal spring to hold up the top of the tent. There are hook and loop connections for securing the covering to the frame.

Polyester Fabric—The polyester fabric covering is water- and UV-resistant; it’s flammability is tested to National Fire Protection Association and Canvas Products Association International standards.

Tents


	Stakes	Ballasts

Hold large outdoor gatherings under a water- and UV-resistant covering. These tents have corrosion-resistant poles that attach to base plates for stability, preventing them from wobbling. They don’t use a center supporting pole, leaving maximum space for use inside.

Tents require either stakes or ballasts (both sold separately) to anchor them safely to the ground.

Vinyl Fabric—The vinyl fabric covering secures to poles with straps positioned every two feet, and hook and loop corners close off gaps for a secure fit around the frame.

NFPA 701—Covering meets NFPA 701 standards for fire resistance.

Stakes—Stakes are most commonly used on grass and other surfaces where you can drive stakes into the ground. The stakes are made of heavy duty steel, so they won’t bend.

Ballasts—Ballasts are for use on concrete and other hard surfaces. When filled with water, they weigh 660 pounds each to anchor tents securely. Empty them by pulling the drain plug. When empty, they’re stackable and weigh less than alternatives—such as cement blocks—for easy transport.

Dock Door Draft Seals

Keep drafty dock areas warm. These seals block drafts between dock door seals and levelers. They’re filled with foam, so you can squish them into gaps for a tight seal. The weighted base will keep them in place. Use the handle to pull them out of gaps and carry them.

Rectangular weights have an indented edge and hook-and-loop straps that attach around support poles. Their thin width and vertical installation reduce tripping hazards. You can stack them higher on support poles than round weights, strengthening the poles against wind. Insert C-hooks (sold separately) through the eye to hang these weights from a tent corner or join two weights together. Stack them on top of each other for easy storage.

Self-Aligning Dock Door Shelters

Dock Door Seals

Close the gap between your dock door and a trailer to keep heated or cooled air in and dust out while loading or unloading. Choose a seal that projects a maximum of 5" beyond your dock bumper.
