Extreme-Temperature Silicone Rubber 90° Angles

Seal corners in heat up to 400° F. More heat resistant than other rubber, these silicone 90° angles are often used in hot equipment. Not only do they endure oven-level heat but also sub-zero cold. It’s no wonder they’re often used in aviation, where scorching takeoffs are followed by freezing cold at high altitude. They resist water, sunlight, and ozone, so you can also use them in exterior-facing doors. Also known as polysiloxane.

Flame-Retardant Silicone Rubber 90° Angles

These 90° angles meet UL 94V0 for flame retardance. Use them to seal and cushion corners. Made of silicone, which is also known as polysiloxane, they have good resistance to ozone and salt water.

Our softest and spongiest option, this trim protects workers and fragile materials from rough or sharp edges. It offers better cushioning than our rubber trim, though it doesn’t handle impact and abrasion as well.

Keeps its shape and stability at temperatures more than twice as high as our other foam trim. Use it for protective cushioning on heat exchangers, forges, and other heat-generating equipment.

Hardness Rating—The harder the edge trim, the better it withstands impact and abrasion over time. The softer the edge trim, the more cushioning it provides for fragile materials such as glass and thin metal.

Reinforced Rubber Edge Trim

With embedded metal clamps and a rubber claw for an extra-strong grip, this edge trim stays put when bumped, pulled, or vibrated. It also absorbs repeated knocks and scrapes to last longer than other rubber trim. Install it on vulnerable edges of conveyor rails, workbenches, and other equipment that takes a beating over time. It’s flexible enough for gradual curves, but it can’t bend as sharply as all-rubber trim.
