Metal- and X-Ray-Detectable Arm Sleeves

Protect your shirt sleeves from stains and wear in food-processing environments. Since these sleeves contain metal and chemical additives that will get picked up by metal detectors and X-ray machines if they fall into your line, they help you comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs. They’re also bright blue, so they’re easily seen and removed if they end up in a batch.

Made of TPU plastic, these sleeves are tear resistant and flexible, even in cold temperatures. They resist chemicals and oil, so they’re commonly used with vegetable oil and animal fat. Sleeves are machine washable.

To help you comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs, they contain metal additives that will set off metal detectors if they—or any piece of them—fall into your line. They’re also blue, making them easy to spot. They are FDA compliant for direct contact with food.

Polyethylene—Polyethylene sleeves offer economical protection in environments where abrasion resistance is not a concern. They resist liquid splashes, but they won’t hold up to continuous liquid exposure.

This sleeving has a spiral shape for you to route your cables through. It’s a reusable alternative to tape and cable ties. Made of plastic, it resists corrosion and chemicals, so it withstands washdowns with sanitizers and harsh cleaners. It also holds up under impact, rubbing, and scraping. All of this sleeving meets UL 94 HB for flame retardance.
