About Sump, Water-Removal, Condensate, and Submersible Pumps

The float switch has a separate cord that can unplug, so you can replace the switch without replacing the whole pump. Also known as effluent pumps, these accommodate solids up to 3/4" in diameter. They’re often used with liquid waste that has passed through a septic tank, so most solids are removed. All have an epoxy-coated cast iron housing that stands up to demanding environments. Submerge while in use and do not run dry.

Pressure Switches for Sump Pumps
