    Light Duty Unthreaded Spacers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Spacers. Light Duty Unthreaded Spacers.
An economical choice for low-load applications. Made from low-carbon steel, these spacers have a lower tensile strength than standard steel spacers. Unlike standard versions that are often cut from seamless tubing, these are formed by molding flat-coil steel into shape. This process creates a thinner spacer with a visible seam that’s best for light duty tasks.
Zinc-Plated Low-Carbon Steel—A common choice for areas with occasional exposure to moisture.
Galvanized Low-Carbon Steel—Resist moisture better than zinc plating but may degrade when exposed to salt water and chemicals.

    Dry-Running Metal-Reinforced Plastic Sleeve Bearings

Image of Product. Front orientation. Sleeve Bearings. Dry-Running Metal-Reinforced Plastic Sleeve Bearings.
Combine slippery plastic with the strength of metal. The PTFE core is naturally slippery, so you’ll never have to add lubricant. These bearings also keep your workspace clean with no lubricant to drip or flake and attract dust. Compared to all-metal bearings, they are lighter.
With no moving parts, sleeve bearings are the simplest way to support the load of a rotating shaft while reducing friction. Also known as plain bearings.
Bronze-Backed PTFE with Steel Shell—A good all-around, economical choice. Although these bearings are stronger than aluminum, they can only be used in dry environments where corrosion is not a concern.

    Hollow Push-In Bumpers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Bumpers. Hollow Push-In Bumpers, Style 2.

    Style 2

Both bumper and grommet, these protect equipment from impact while routing wire or tubing through a center hole. All have stems that contract and expand for a snug fit. No fasteners are needed—just push them into a hole for quick installation.

Our softest bumpers have a feel that ranges from the softness of a gel insole to the firmness of a pencil eraser. They’re often used to cushion fragile materials. These bumpers boast shock-absorbing properties, making them a smart choice for mounting sensitive electronics.
Hardness Rating—The harder the bumper, the better it withstands impact and abrasion over time. The softer the bumper, the more cushioning it provides for objects made of glass, soft metal, and other fragile materials. Bumpers with a medium rating offer a balance of impact resistance and cushioning.

    Adhesive-Back Bumpers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Bumpers. Adhesive-Back Bumpers, Style 4.

    Style 4

Stick these bumpers onto glass and other surfaces that are too fragile or thin for fasteners. Their adhesive sticks to your surface without scratching or discoloring it. From spacers to sound dampeners, they have a wide range of uses. They’re comparable to Bumpon bumpers.

Abrasion-Resistant Polyurethane Rubber—Choose these bumpers for a balance of toughness and flexibility. Rough surfaces and repeated knocks won't wear them out, so you can use them as feet for small equipment and stops for cabinet doors and drawers.

Install, adjust, and remove these collars using nothing but your hands. Slide them from one end of the shaft and they won't backslide when pushed by components. To reposition, pull the end ring back to release the hold.
Zinc-Plated Carbon Steel—A step up from plain carbon steel collars, these withstand occasional exposure to moisture.
303 Stainless Steel—Withstand moisture and mild cleaning solutions, such as acetone and ammonia. These are easier to machine than other stainless steel collars.
