Pass-Through Cabinets

Mount these cabinets in a wall to pass samples, supplies, and other materials between rooms while maintaining privacy and minimizing person-to-person contact. They’re common in sanitary environments such as labs. The two doors are interlocked, which means only one can be open at a time, and they close by themselves to prevent contamination and privacy breaches.

Made of stainless steel, these cabinets withstand frequent cleanings without rusting. They also come with a removable tray to place samples on, so you don’t have to clean the entire cabinet after each use.

Adjust them to fit in walls between 3" and 5 _1/2" thick.

Pass-Through Cabinets for Clean Rooms

Protect your clean room from contaminants by moving parts, materials, and equipment in and out through these cabinets. They limit the number of people entering the clean room, which helps you comply with pharmaceutical, semiconductor, food-processing, vehicle, and air and spacecraft industry standards. Use them as an airlock—closing their doors compresses a gasket, which makes the seal airtight. Since the two doors are interlocked, only one can be open at a time and there’s no risk of depressurizing and contaminating the clean room. There’s a window on each door for checking if materials are inside, as well as seeing into the opposite room.

Made of stainless steel and meeting USP 800, these cabinets stand up to regular cleanings without degrading. Inside, they have no lips or crevices that could hold contaminants, so they’re easy to wipe down to meet clean room standards in manufacturing and lab settings. Their silicone gasket holds up to frequent wiping because it’s non-porous and won’t disintegrate.

Mount these cabinets to a wide range of wall thicknesses. Choose any spot along their body to attach them to their mounting frame. This lets you customize how far these cabinets extend into the clean room. You can even make them flush on either side of the wall.

Create an access point for exchanging documents, money, and small goods without needing to enter or exit the building. By limiting the number of people entering a building or room and acting as a protective barrier, these sliding windows help protect against airborne particles from coughs and sneezes, while still allowing you to interact with customers.

Aluminum—Aluminum frame windows resist light rust and corrosion. Their half track creates more space to transfer goods than full tracks, and makes it simple for customers to pick up materials from their car. Slide materials across a counter instead of lifting them over a full track. They’re not recommended for exterior applications but if they’re used outdoors, an overhang is recommended to protect from rain.

Stainless Steel—Stainless steel frame windows have excellent rust and corrosion resistance. They have a full track that blocks rain from getting inside.

Manual Windows—Manual windows will stay open until you pull them shut. They're best if you often need to make multiple trips and may not have a free hand to open the window every time.

Automatic Windows—Automatic windows slide shut when you release them, so there’s no need to set down what’s in your hands to close them manually. This limits the amount of time the window is open, and reduces the spread of germs between individuals. If you’re transferring objects with both hands, prop open the window first.
