    Extra-Stretch Extension Springs

Image of Product. Front orientation. Extension Springs. Extra-Stretch Extension Springs.
Stretch up to three times their original length with lasting elasticity. These latex rubber springs extend much farther than traditional extension springs, tie downs, and shock cords. Plus, unlike metal springs, they keep their elasticity even after repeated use. All have a non-locking carabiner with a spring-loaded latch at each end for ease of installation. They’re often used in automotive assembly lines, conveyor systems, and safety mechanisms. Do not use them to hold overhead loads.
Minimum Load—The amount of force required to start extending the spring.
Maximum Load—The amount of force required to fully extend the spring.

    Wear-Resistant 1095 Spring Steel Strips

Image of Product. Front orientation. Steel. Wear-Resistant 1095 Spring Steel Strips.
Also known as blue-tempered steel, this 1095 spring steel has a higher carbon content than 1075 spring steel for better wear resistance. It’s often used for spring clips, washers, and other parts that are under continual stress. These sheets and strips are hardened for increased abrasion and impact resistance.
