    Flat Sprockets

Image of Product. Front orientation. Drive Sprockets. Flat Sprockets.
Save space and cut weight—these sprockets don’t have a raised hub so they’re best for tight spots and lightweight designs. Bolt or weld them to components and mounting surfaces, or add a custom hub. Although they are versatile, they’re harder to align than sprockets with hubs.
Sprocket teeth mesh with your roller chain to smoothly transmit power. These U.S.-made sprockets have machined teeth for a more precise fit than flame-cut or punched teeth, allowing them to glide in and out of the chain to reduce wear and extend chain life.
Steel—Steel is strong, but best for dry environments since moisture will cause it to rust.
Plain Bore—Plain bore sprockets give you options—machine a custom bore, weld, or press-fit them in place. They're sized to the minimum shaft diameter listed and are machinable up to the maximum.

    Clamp-On Shaft Mount

The screw connections on these bushings easily mate to compatible quick-disconnect sprockets and pulleys. Bushings fit quick-disconnect (QD) sprockets and pulleys of the same bushing trade number. As you tighten the included screws, the bushing grips the shaft and pulls it into the sprocket or pulley.

Mount these hubless bushings flush into your sprocket or pulley for a slim profile with no protruding screws. They are for use with taper-lock sprockets of the same bushing trade number. As you tighten the included set screws, the bushing grips the shaft and pulls it into your sprocket or pulley.

    Hub-Mount Screw-Clamp Bushings

Image of Product. Front orientation. Pulley and Sprocket Bushings. Hub-Mount Screw-Clamp Bushings.
Image of Attribute. Side1 orientation. Hub-Mount Screw-Clamp Bushings.

Transfer torque directly from a shaft to a hub. These bushings install over your hub to mount a sprocket, pulley, or gear to a shaft at the same time. Common in industrial gearbox applications, they can also connect a hollow shaft over a solid shaft. As screw-clamp bushings, they're good for shock loads. When you tighten the included clamping screws, the outer rings compress against a sprocket, pulley, or gear in between them, causing the inner rings to tighten around the shaft.
