These scoops have welded seams, rounded interiors, and polished surfaces to prevent bacterial growth and reduce foodborne illness. Use them to move, measure, or dispense bulk materials in sanitary environments, such as food processing and pharmaceutical plants.
Round Scoop Bottom—Round bottom scoops are the easiest to pour with, since contents slide to a narrow exit point.
Flat Scoop Bottom—Flat bottom scoops are the best for scooping materials from flat surfaces. They can also rest flat on a surface, so they can be used as weigh boats.
Style B—Style B are made of 304 stainless steel and won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. They are cylindrical with a high rim near the handle to prevent material from falling onto your hand when tilted upright.
Style C—Style C are made of 316 stainless steel and won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers.
Style D—Style D are made of 316 stainless steel and won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. They have an ergonomic handle that keeps hands comfortable and clean while scooping for extended periods of time.
Style E—Style E are made of 316 stainless steel and won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. They have an extra-long handle that is nearly 2 ft. long. It is ideal for scooping from a distance, such as into large or deep containers.
Style F—Style F are made of 316 stainless steel and won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers.
316 Stainless Steel—316 stainless steel scoops are the most corrosion resistant.
NSF/ANSI 2—They meet NSF/ANSI 2, so they comply with strict sanitary design requirements for food equipment.

More durable and easier to clean than plastic scoops, these metal scoops can be used to move, measure, or dispense bulk materials.
Round Scoop Bottom—Round-bottom scoops minimize corners and seams where contents can get stuck. Their design lets you pour contents smoothly.
Flat Scoop Bottom—Flat-bottom scoops can rest flat on a surface, so they can be used as weigh boats to measure samples.
301 Stainless Steel and 304 Stainless Steel—Stainless steel scoops are more corrosion resistant than aluminum or galvanized steel. They will stand up to frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers.
Extra-High Rim—Scoops with an extra-high rim are cylindrical and higher near the handle to prevent material from falling onto your hand when tilted upright.

304 Stainless Steel—304 stainless steel ladles resist corrosion better than plain steel. They have a smooth finish that helps prevent material from sticking. Plus, they’re easy to clean and sanitize.
Vertical Handle—Ladles with a vertical handle are perpendicular to the bowl. They’re the best choice for dipping into large vats and containers but are harder to pour from.
Angled Handle—Ladles with an angled handle dip more easily than ladles with a horizontal handle and pour better than ladles with a vertical handle.

304 Stainless Steel—Stainless steel bowls resist corrosion and chemicals.
Fixed Bowl—Dippers with a fixed bowl are safe for use with food—they don’t have pins or other small parts that might break off. They’re easier to pour and collect samples with than dippers with a swivel bowl because you have control over how the bowl moves.
Swivel Bowl—Dippers with a swivel bowl let you sample from almost any angle. The bowl stays upright even when you move the handle, so there’s little risk of spilling when you move samples. However, you need two hands to empty them.

Collect, scrape, spread, and transfer small quantities of material—all with a single tool.
Round Blade—Spatulas with a round-blade end are ideal for accessing edges and corners.
Straight Blade—Spatulas with a straight-blade end offer the largest surface area to scrape and spread materials. You can also use them to cut or divide a sample.
Taper Blade—Use spatulas with a taper-blade end to scrape material out of tight spots.
Stainless Steel—Stainless steel spoons and spatulas can withstand high temperatures. They resist corrosion and chemicals—plus they’re easy to clean.

    T-Handle

Rake food products in bulk. Compliant with NSF or FDA standards for use with food, these forks are often used to empty large containers in food-processing facilities. All are autoclavable and resist corrosion from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners.
Pulling forks have downward-bent tines for raking and dragging.
304 Stainless Steel—Forks with stainless steel tines are highly polished and have continuously welded seams, so they have no crevices that could house bacteria. They’re reinforced with a steel bar welded across the tines for increased durability and strength. They’re often used for firm and heavy foods such as frozen meat. These forks meet NSF standards for sanitary design for food equipment.
