Medium Duty Wire Rope Thimbles—Not for Lifting

Also known as standard-pattern thimbles, these provide better protection against fraying than light-duty thimbles.

18-8 stainless steel thimbles are more corrosion resistant to chemicals than steel thimbles.

316 stainless steel thimbles are the most corrosion resistant thimbles we offer. They provide excellent resistance to salt water and chemicals.

Warning: Do not use with coated rope unless the coating is removed.

Heavy Duty Wire Rope Thimbles—For Lifting

Also known as heavy-pattern thimbles, these can be used to reinforce the loop of a sling.

18-8 stainless steel thimbles are more corrosion resistant than steel thimbles.
