Multipurpose 304 Stainless Steel Rectangular Tubes
Create frames, machine enclosures, railing bases, and load-bearing components that hold up in corrosive environments. These tubes have flat sides, which make them easy to mount. Formed from flat stainless steel strip and welded along the seam, these tubes have consistent dimensions and gently rounded corners that reduce stress points, improve strength, and create a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. They meet ASTM A554 specifications for use in structural applications but are not for use in fluid-handling or pressure-rated systems. These tubes maintain their corrosion resistance up to 1500° F.
Square Profile—Often used for posts and supports where loads can shift or come from multiple directions. With four uniform sides, these tubes distribute loads evenly across their surface. They bend consistently under uniform loads, so orientation is less critical.
Rectangular Profile—Best for beams and other long spans. This shape saves space but is strongest when the load only comes from one direction.

Brushed #4 |
Polished to a brushed finish on the outside, these tubes are often used to create decorative enclosures and industrial workstations in environments that require superior corrosion resistance. Formed from flat stainless steel strip and welded along the seam, these tubes have consistent dimensions and gently rounded corners that reduce stress points, improve strength, and create a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. They meet ASTM A554 for use in structural applications but are not for use in fluid-handling or pressure-rated systems. These tubes maintain their corrosion resistance up to 1500° F.
Square Profile—Often used for posts and supports where loads can shift or come from multiple directions. With four uniform sides, these tubes distribute loads evenly across their surface. They bend consistently under uniform loads, so orientation is less critical.
Brushed #4—Often called a satin finish, it’s similar to a #3 finish but has finer, more uniform grain lines. It provides a smooth, directional grain for a clean, decorative appearance often used in architectural, food-processing, and sanitary applications.
