Inch-to-Inch Male-Female Hex Thread Adapters
Change thread sizes or types, such as fine to coarse threads, on parts without changing gender. These adapters can also be used as standoffs to position components in assemblies and to create space between parts. They have an external hex, so you can tighten them with a wrench.
18-8 stainless steel adapters resist corrosion in wet environments but will corrode when exposed to salt water and chemicals. They may be mildly magnetic. Adapters that meet ASTM specifications are made from or plated with materials that adhere to specific standards for chemical and physical properties, such as hardness.

Inch-to-Inch Male Hex Thread Adapters
Need to join two female-threaded parts, such as coupling nuts, with dissimilar inch thread sizes? Attach them to these adapters and tighten the exterior hex nut for a secure connection. You can also use these adapters to change the gender of a mating part from female to male, increase or decrease the thread size, or convert the threads from fine to coarse (and vice versa).
